Plans and pricing
The free Demo plan gives you 50 cards, unlimited clusters and unlimited free collaborators. Creator costs $25/mo billed monthly or $20/mo billed annually, and changes exactly three things — the card cap is removed, any file type can be uploaded, and per-file size limits are gone, on a 100GB drive. Those limits are charged to the workspace owner, so one plan covers everyone working in that workspace and there are no per-seat charges.
Two plans. The difference between them is deliberately small and deliberately honest — three enforced limits, listed below, and nothing else.

Everything else is the same on both plans.
One plan covers the workspace
Those three limits are charged to whoever owns the workspace, never to the person doing the work. So a single Creator plan lifts them for everyone in that workspace: invite whoever you like, and they build at your limits without a plan of their own. There are no per-seat charges on any plan.
The same rule is why a free workspace stays limited no matter who is working in it — a collaborator's own plan never applies to someone else's workspace. If you work across several, the one that matters is the workspace the cluster lives in.
Older accounts keep a higher cap. The free allowance used to be 100 cards. Every account created while that was the plan keeps it, permanently — no existing cap was ever lowered. Your own figure is on the Upgrade pill and in Settings → Plan & billing, and it is the one enforced. Referral credits add to whichever cap you have.
Clusters are not capped. Neither are collaborators, editing, sharing, public links, comments, documents, screenplay mode or the API. Images have no size cap on any plan.
Whose allowance
The cluster owner's, always.
Cards and files added to someone else's cluster count against them, not you. This is what makes free editors work — see Collaborating.
Hitting the cap
You are told when you reach it, and offered the upgrade. Nothing you have already made is removed, locked, or hidden.
You can also raise your own cap without paying: referrals grant bonus cards when someone you invited actually gets started.
Trying Creator first
Once there is a real cluster on your account, Clusters offers you 14 days of Creator before you pay. The offer appears where you are already working: on the upgrade pill in the corner, on the prompts that show up as a cluster fills, and on the upgrade screen.
A card is required; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. It is one trial per account, and it is offered in the app rather than on this page — it is for people who have built something.
Billing
Settings → Plan & billing shows your plan, the storage meter, and a link to the Stripe customer portal for payment details, invoices and cancellation.
Annual and monthly are the same product. Annual is cheaper per month.
Discount codes
If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout — the payment page has an Add promotion code field. The discount comes off your first month.
Codes apply to the monthly plan only. The annual plan is already discounted against paying monthly, so its checkout does not offer a code field.
Free forever
The Demo plan is not a trial. It does not expire and it does not degrade. If 50 cards is enough for what you do, that is a complete account. The Creator trial above is separate: it is a taste of the paid plan, and when it ends you are back on exactly this one.

Frequently asked questions
What is actually limited on the free plan?
Three things and only three — total cards, which file types you can upload, and per-file size caps on video, audio and PDF. Clusters, collaborators and editing are not limited.
Do collaborators need to pay?
No, and they never did — editors are free on every plan. What Creator adds is that your limits cover them too: everything they add counts against the workspace owner's allowance, so one plan lifts the ceiling for everyone working in that workspace. There are no per-seat charges.
If someone on my team upgrades, does my workspace get the higher limits?
Only if that person owns the workspace. Every limit is charged to the workspace owner, so the plan that counts is the owner's. A collaborator's own plan applies to the workspaces they own, not to yours.
What happens when I hit the card cap?
You are told, and asked to upgrade. Nothing already made is taken away or locked.
My card limit is 100, not 50. Why?
Accounts created before the free plan changed keep the 100-card allowance they signed up under, permanently. Nobody's cap was lowered.
Where do I enter a discount code?
On the payment page, under Add promotion code. Codes apply to the monthly plan only and come off your first month.
Is there a free trial of Creator?
